Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor dan OneTouch SelecSimple. Apa tu?

Live healthy, eat healthy. Have you heard about this phrase before? I bet you heard it before if you often listened to ikim.fm.

What that I’m going to share for today? It is about how you control yourself if you have high blood pressure or diabetes.

Couple weeks back, my father bought Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor from microlife, OneTouch SelecSimple and UniGloves Alcohol Swab. What is this for?

What is Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor?

 First of all, orang yang menghidap penyakit darah tinggi dan diabetis memang wajib beli ni. Vital you know. Why?

Benda ni murah je. Automatic Blood pressure Monitor anda boleh milikinya di farmasi berdekatan anda dengan harga RM150-170 ringgit. As for Kuantan, you can have this stuff at Pharmasi Voon or Pharmasi Lim.

Murah you cakap??

Of course murah, just imagine, every two weeks you have to take day off from your work for medical check-up then you have to wait hours until it is your turn unless, you dah berdiri depan klinik atau hospital jam 7 pagi just like my grandma often did.

2^nd

Harga minyak. (Transport) Minyak mahal kot sekarang ni. Lainlah lepas 5 Mei kot kot kerajaan bertukar. Nauzubillah!

3^rd

 Mood doctor yang kekadang hangin semacam nak-nak yang sigh or Indian. Aku selalu kena marah but then since family aku mampu afford ke hospital swasta, say bye-bye to government clinic.

But since my father bought this, duit tambang jimat, tak payah potong gaji pasai asyik off kerja, yang penting, mudah dan murah!

4^th

Oh yes, kalau anda beli benda ni, hang nak check blood pressure hang 10 kali sehari pun takpa. Dak rosak. Tapi kena tukar bateri dial ah. Heh. Dah namanya automatic mestilah pakai bateri/charge. Plus, anda pun boleh jadi jururawat buat suami/isteri terchentaaa anda tau. Euw.

Yang ni adalah untuk menyukat kandungan glucose dalam darah anda and as for this, I’m not sure what is it’s price as my dad tear off it’s plastic so… But it is not expensive at all as…..ergh.. Forget about it.

Ia dilengkapi dengan mesin(rujuk gambar), yang warna biru tu untuk suntik jari agar keluar darah dan dalam botol kecil itu adalah tempat letak darah yang menyambung ke mesin itu. 

By the way, dia sediakan lebih kurang 30 if I was not mistaken. Dan sekiranya anda beli ini, jangan lupa untuk beli Alcohol Swab. 

Yelah kan, biasa kat klinik, lepas hang kena cucuk tu, doctor akan bagi kapas yang basah,kan? Ha, nilah benda dia. Pakai buang je. Sila rujuk gambar dan harga dia RM7 untuk 100. So, hang boleh cucuk tangan hang sampai 100 kali, okey. 

Actually, I’m not sure why I am interested with writing about this stuff in my blog as I never post any useful thing in my blog. Uhhh. But when every weeks my dad went to my grandma’s house, I watched how did my dad di that. That” mean as a doctor for my grandma. Sometimes my mum and sisters used it to. So, ia tak terhad kepada semua orang. Tapi yang tak bestnya, tok aku risau bila dia dapat tau glucose dalan darah dia naik mendadak.Padahal kan dia baru lepas makan. Hehe.

MRSM oh MRSM

Assalamualaikum.
Take a deep breath and get ready for my bahasa rojak plus ayam dan mee. Dan sekiranya terdapat kesalahan bahasa harap diam dan diam. Uuuuu.
I believe all of you knew that the MRSM had announced people who are chosen for form 4 student of MRSM/2013
And yes, Sha tak dapat.
Tak sedih ke sha? of course lah sedih!
And you?!! Yang dapat tu selak lah hang gelak senyum tersipu sipu kat sha tapi yang dak dapat tu takpa lah ehhh. Hang bukan bodhooo. Cheh sha, hang dak dapat boleh lah hang kabo gitu, ce kalau hang dapat? Sah hang kabo kat orang lain hok orang lain tuh bodhooo. Eh eh mana ada. Sha baik tau.
Adakah anda faham? Slang Kedah-kelantan-terengganu. keh keh
Okay, there's a few stories that i would like to share with all of you. The stories are from my father. Actually you should write story instead of stories, Sha. Erghhh. Yeah, my mistake.

A few months before the result of MRSM was annouced, my dad told me about his office. Ada dua orang anak buah ayah baru masuk, was ex student of MRSM Kuantan. And both are now known as IK. I still can remember that my mum laughed when he told us. Telling you that being an Pegawai Kesihatan doesnt mean that you are low-class-occupation-person but, people often thinking, expecting that ex MRSM should have a high-class-occupation just like being a doctor, engineer, architect, lecturer, pegawai perubatan and others.. But maybe that IS their ambition to be an IK just like my father. Actually, my father was worked in lab. I do not know what does the occupation called but my father told me, he was too bored being work in lab so he further his study and be an IK. For me, being a IK which is Pegawai Kesihatan such an interesting job as it is interesting. Erghhh. Lame. Betullah. Ayah selalu banyak keluar. Kalau ada SUKMA, SUKPA, IM4U, anak MB tu kahwin, PM, TPM turun padang, Sultan Pahang ada buat event, my father should be there to check the food adn drinks. Tak ke seronok tu? Ayah Sha dah lama kerja sebagai Pegawai Kesihatan,  ayah sha kiranya senior and ada anak-anak buah nya(tetiba teringatkan Firdaus yang married dengan my long lost cousin). Disebabkan ayah banyak pengalaman, ayah selalu dihantar outstation for mesyuarat and others. And, my father was the student of a school located in Seberang Takir.
You are amazing, dad. Whatever your accupation is.
Haih Sha ni. tulis blog je mesti lari dari tajuk.
As we know, there's about 30,000 plus dapat straight A's for PMR 2012. And I'm wondering, SBP and MRSM, tak cukup kah untuk jumlah itu? Lagi satu, tak semua malays dapat straight A's. Maybe dalam 30000 orang tu, 15000 non Muslim, and jarang non muslim duduk SBP and MRSM. so, why i'm not be chosen to be part of MRSM student??? Sungguh kecewa.. Maybe fail ujian UKKM? Or maybe result PMR tak melayakkan Sha jadi pelajar MRSM?

Tapi Sha percaya akan ketentuan Allah SAW. maybe theres reason that i'll never find out and god knows better than everyone. Inilah untungnya hidup dengan kekasih bernama Allah SAW.

Theres loads(not lots) of my friends' sisters@brothers went to overseas to further their studies and yes, they're not ex MRSM student or SBP's but just sekolah harian biasa. so, so, so! Being MRSM student does'nt mean you'll be overseas student! Amboih Sha... Nampak sangat hang jealous, Sha.
er er. mana ada.

After all, yes, untung jadi budak MRSM pasai tu MARA tau. boleh jadi anak MARA. Nakmohon pinjaman nanti senang, source banyak, nak dapat mana-mana U senang pasai budak MARA. eee. nak muntah rasa time sebut ayat tadi. Dan ada juga yang bukan budak MRSM dapat tajaan MARA to further studies. Tapi anak tiri jelah. errrghhh. InsyaAllah

Trip Trip and bye January!

Assalamualaika. Yes. it Has been a while since i ever update my blog. yeah, Form four treat me like i've nothing to do at home. homework homework and again, homework!
Theres so much thing i'd learnt from 1/1/13 till this second. Lift myself to my father's laptop. writing and missing you. Waawww. Ayat tunggang langgang no.

Last week which is 24 January, thursday i went to a trip to Kuala Nerang, Kedah! For? Wedding trip lah.. my cousin's. Its kinda awesome as it is my first time wedding trip and it was such a long day but alright, i do appreciate it as it is one of my beautiful ornament being i this big family. Alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah.

And there's so much things happened and sometime i feel like suicide (no kidding) but when thinking of Allah and heaven, i feel like. i've mountain of sins and i must lived and disposed it! i surely do!
Last Wednesday, i went to SMK Pelindung for chess competition, and yes, im not going to tell you anything about the chess competition as it is very embarrassing, awful, remorseful and whatever seem to be same meaning with it. The reason im telling you all about the chess competition izzzz because i met some my few friends and teachers. Puan Suryeti. Aqilla Mahasan and some of them are my juniors and my seniors. Could'nt forget, Anyss Nuraliah. Ngehhh.

And yesterday, I went to kemaman for Arih's wedding and there's a funy conversation yet, it is interesting.
"Nanti Yati ngan aishah tengoklah salam perantauan kat utusan bulan puasa kekgi..."
"kenape?"
"Kak syikin dapat gi jepun nanti.. exchange student"
"lambat lagilah kahwin nya." ayah mengusik.
"ha'ah. lambat lagi lah kot. entoh2 yati dulu"

 I don't know why but lately, my relatives often talked about Ayah De's going have daughter/son in law. Ayah De is my father.
 So when i think about it... I have 3 siblings who are 20 years old and above. Hey! when all of you going to be married! Haih. Banyakkanlah berdoa, Sha. hahaha.
